The philosophy behind life coaching is a collaborative approach. We encourage self exploration. We help our clients to identify the obstacles that are hindering their ability to move forward. Life Coaching does not employ a cookie cutter approach. Each client's action plan is unique and individualized to meet their goals. We empower and encourage them to take responsibility to follow through with their action plan and take the first steps toward change. This process helps them to feel better about who they are and see hope in their future.
About Me
My name is Shelli Barbush and I am the founder of The Adolsecent Connection and Life Coaching Center. I have specialized in working with the adolescent and young adult population for over 26 years. This experience, as well as my educational background, have provided me with the ability to understand the complexities and challenges in their lives. My role is to work with and support each client to achieve their goals and find their path forward.

A Note To Prospective Clients
